AnnPhie really just wants to deliver her first session as a holistic life coach as smoothly and sensitively as possible. But something always distracts her ... Something needs to be explained, justified or quickly finished. So that she can finally, truly be in the moment and confidently guide the audience to ultimate relaxation. If only she weren't always so tired. Where does this fatigue come from? AnnPhie meditates so hard, she relaxes so intensely – how on earth can you still be tired!? So AnnPhie sets out to find the source of this mysterious exhaustion. Along the way, she stumbles upon topics like self-optimization, social anxiety, shattered dreams, questions false national pride, imposed gender roles and political demands, and discovers a whole heap of contradictions that not only blur her own boundaries but also make reality dissolve. AnnPhie needles society from the perspective of the white, queer-feminist, vegan, yoga-practicing millennial snowflake that she is. But even old, heterosexual men confirm: this programme is very funny. Because AnnPhie Fritz's first solo cabaret programme is a high-tempo trip, a journey of thought-jumps, a one-woman theatre with lots of physical commitment – witty, clever and also a bit wicked.
