There were times when tolerance was greater, curiosity stronger, and hair more colorful. You couldn't check anything beforehand because there was no internet and... you'd just go to a concert (Udo Jürgens 1976). But who is "Ausgestorben"? It reads like spam mail but everything that follows is true: Guitar 1: Atli Grund "Chef Atli": born in Iceland, formerly "Angeschissen" and "Big Balls and the great white Idiot," Hamburg's first punk band, 69 (back problems). Guitar 2: Thomas Wenzel "Vize": born in Elmshorn, formerly "Die Sterne," "Cow," currently "Goldenen Zitronen" and "Kleiber," 63 (nothing). Bass: Uwe Roth "The Frenchman": 20 years boat builder in Marseille when it was even emptier, played in the 90s with "Arm" and "Das Moor," 60 (back problems). Drums: Elmer Günther "Junior": played with "Parole Trixie" and "Tolerantes Brandenburg," 49 (nothing). Vocals: Jens Rachut "the Sensitive": sang with various combos, currently with "Ausgestorben," 71 (vessel disorder in left foot and slightly elevated blood pressure 95/155). Those who appreciate and support bumblebees shouldn't be afraid—their stingers have no barbs (unknown ADHD owner, 2006). And if you want raucous trashy punk with guitar solos (finally) anno 1876, dancing is the thing—good for the heart and the joy of dancing. Featuring MPC Lafote from Michigan
