CHUFFDRONE are: Robert Schröck – alto and tenor saxophone, clarinet; Jul Dillier – piano; Judith Ferstl – double bass; Judith Schwarz – drums. Four alert team players who engage with each other with full intensity. As intelligent as they are intuitive, they create carefully calibrated outlets for uncontrolled outbursts in their compositions, rhythmicize ecstasy, and orchestrate silence. chuffDRONE unites energy and poetry, exuberance and perfection.
