filmKULTUR 2026 addresses current changes in the film industry: practice-oriented, future-focused, and in direct exchange with experts. Two workshops offer concrete tools for everyday work on leadership and feedback culture, before the evening impulse forum focuses on current developments around streaming, artificial intelligence, value creation, and the future of film production. Together with experts from film production, technology, and industry representatives, we discuss how production conditions, financing, and distribution are changing and what opportunities this creates for filmmakers.
