Not least, Miloš Forman's famous film adaptation made the work immortal worldwide. Themes such as pacifism, civil rights, sexual self-determination, protest against the Vietnam War and the breaking down of entrenched social structures are more relevant than ever today. Following the sold-out and highly praised Cabaret, Elisabeth Heller and Oliver Timpe once again demonstrate their signature as creative driving forces of Kulturwolke.
