While some splits are inevitable (&bdquo\;Splitsville&ldquo\;)\, forced (&bdquo\;Splitter&ldquo\;) or even pathological (&bdquo\;Split Brain&ldquo\;) many a split in society feels avoidable yet driven by certain forces in the discourse (&bdquo\;Split The Rich&ldquo\;). If splits were to be split again and again however\, wouldn't that mean a comeback of nuance\, plurality and community? SPLIT SPLIT. Musically\, 'SPLIT SPLIT' offers a mix of melancholic post-rock and shoegaze with elements of post-punk\, ambient and industrial. The use of multiple loop stations allows the two multi-instrumentalists to portray a 5-piece band and leads to surprising twists and turns challenging listening habits.
