One step too early. One movement too late. A gesture that grasps at thin air. We live as if there were no falling. Yet every body knows it: the stumbling, the missing, the wavering. Between holding on and loss of control, a choreographic-musical space emerges. Fragile. Humorous. Contradictory. Five dancers and one musician encounter each other in a state of permanent shift, where the familiar loses its balance – too late, too early, never quite right. They respond to one another, depend on each other, support themselves, slip away from each other and begin anew.
