Arnold Schoenberg wrote in 1947 of his wish that one day people on the street would whistle his melodies. Marino Formenti and Thomas Marschall take him at his word, setting up with piano, camera, and plenty of schnapps in Viennese squares to explore what happens when Schoenberg's demanding music encounters curious, unprepared, and sometimes surprisingly perceptive people.
