And why is "sugar fairy" a term of endearment, but "maple syrup elf" isn't? Nadja Maleh loves eating sugar. And on good days, she actually is sugar – namely, sweet. In any case, a real sweetie! And she knows: wrapped in candy paper, everything looks sugar-sweet – candy, bitter pills, goat cheese – it's all about the packaging! Sweet temptation or false advertising?
