Bioweingut Otto Knaus is Austria's first and only certified organic wine tavern (Bio-Buschenschank) and has operated according to organic principles since 2000 from vineyard to glass. The estate has used no plastic in its vineyard for 15 years and offers wine tasting as well as event hosting.
